Optional chaining(?.) §

If the object accessed or function called using this operator is undefined or null, the expression short circuits and evaluates to undefined instead of throwing an error.

    name: 'Alice',
    cat: {
        name: 'Dinah'
    }
}
 
const dogName = adventurer.dog?.name
console.log(dogName)
